How it Works!

Private Fairway is proud to announce a FREE Tour for current members. Each month, members will have the chance to win a $500 purse simply by playing in our monthly TOUR event. This Tour is designed as entertainment and as a benefit for current primary members.  Here is how it works!

 

FREE for Private Fairway Members Only 

All current members (18+) are eligible to participate and win!  If you are not a member and would like to compete, purchase a membership. You can play anytime during the month, but you must schedule your time to play within the booking policy. Family and friends can play alongside as guests, but only members are eligible to win and will show on the leaderboard.

Register with Your TrackMan Account, Accept the Invite & Play

The Tour events will be hosted through TrackMan's Tournament system. To register, please use the form on this page with the email address associated with your TrackMan account.  You will then receive an email from TrackMan inviting you to the Tour.  You can accept the invite on the TrackMan website or through the TrackMan Golf mobile app. Once you have accepted the invitation, the Private Fairway Tour events will appear under the "Tournaments" option. ​

Tour Schedule

Private Fairway Tour events are held each month. You cannot play ahead or go back and play past events.  The leaderboard will close on the first of each month, and the next event will open on the first day of each month. The Tour is event by event, so if you miss a month, you can play the next month.  We reserve the right to cancel the tour at any time.

 

Scoring

Each event will be scored using NET, based on your TrackMan handicap.  If you haven't established your TrackMan handicap, simply sign in and play two virtual golf rounds.  Be sure to do so before you play the official Private Fairway Tour event.

 

Prize Payout

The top three positions will win: 1st Place $250, 2nd Place $150, 3rd Place $100.  In the event of ties, the #1 handicap hole will determine the winner. Prizes will be paid via Venmo.  Private Fairway and its partners fund the purse.

A Few Questions You Might Have

1. Can my family and friends play?  Anyone can play with you as a guest, but they will not be eligible to win, and their score will not show on the leaderboard.

2.  Booking time to Play - You must book the time to play using your membership.  Be sure to book enough time to finish your round, and don't wait until the last days of the month. Also, you must adhere to the booking policy, which only holds for 3 hours.

3. Can Someone Play in My Place? - No. Only the primary member is eligible for the competition.

4. What if I Miss an Event? - There are no "FEDEX Cup" points.  Each event is individual. Just like other tours, play the events you can and miss the ones you can't. 

5. Can I Join Later? - Yes.  You can join anytime.  Just register using the form on this page.
