Hey Bob, it's Craig. Let me show you how to make that report you're talking about. So, um, I'm gonna do it here from your shot history. So, I've logged into your account, and if we load up your shot history and go to your last, uh, if we go to your last, oh, let's see. [Music] How come it's not in there?
All right, here we go. So, if we come into here and we— all right, starting over. Okay, Bob, it's Craig. Hey, I'm going to show you how to make this report that you're talking about. So, what I've done is I've gone into your shot history, and if we look, like, here's all your 8 irons, for example.
Um, so you can see them all. Actually, that looks pretty good, Bob. They're all pretty good. Anyway, to create the report and share it with yourself, what you do is you click on this little thing down here, the paper, and it pulls up this, pulls up this thing, preparing report. There they all are.
And now what you have to do is click this share button right here, which I'm guessing is probably what you didn't do. And you have to say yes, upload, and then right here it has your name in there, which basically means it's going to email it to you.
And then you click upload like that, and then when you're done, you click close like that, and it should close. So then that's how you do it right there. That's done. The other thing you could do is, like, we could send you all of these, for example.
I think if I click on it here like this, it's just a little slow because I'm remoting in here. All right, so here, Bob, if we highlight them all like this, then I think when you do report, like, like this, you get this. You click this, and then it says, do you want all of them?
So let's say select all, for example, and then say okay. And now it'll generate the report with all of those shots that are in there. These are all the ones from—well, these are all the ones you've hit that are in the system. So there they all are. See them there?
And if I click share like that and I say yes, I want to upload them, and I click upload, then you should get them all in there. So there you go, Bob. So you got to make sure that you click that share button and then click upload, and then it should be there.
So now when you log into your Trackman account, they should all be in there
