hey this is Craig at Private Fairway. Are you getting the error where it says that it can't connect to the Trackman? So you're getting this dialog box. If that's the case, um, I'm going to show you how to fix it. The easiest thing to do is first you're just going to exit out of the Trackman software.

So what you're going to do is you're going to open this folder Trackman Settings on the desktop, and you're going to click this Trackman Admin link, and it's going to open a web browser. And then what you're going to do is you're going to just click log in.

If it ask you to take over, if you're going to force take over you would say yes. And then you're just going to come down here to it says Administration, and you're going to click this reboot button. And then you're just going to click okay. Now what's going to happen is it's going to restart the Trackman.

So you're going to find that you'll see the little green light on the Trackman will start blinking, and uh, that's normal. So it's going to blink. It'll take about 60 seconds for it to reboot.

So once you've clicked reboot, you just need to, you can close this window, and then we can launch the Trackman software again. Now what'll happen is it's going to take a little while for it to, uh, come up. And so, uh, what we want to do is connect it to the Trackman, connect the software to the Trackman.

So it's going to come up like this, and, uh, once it loads the way we make sure that the Trackman is connected is we're going to click on the logo at the bottom of the screen. Okay, so to connect the Trackman, if you click this logo here, it's going to go look for it right now. It's going to be searching for it.

So this is going to look similar to what you get when you have the error, and what we're just doing is waiting for the Trackman, uh, to reboot. So we'll just wait here for a second or a number of seconds. Now it's connected.

The Trackman's rebooted, and this should be back to normal, and it'll give you this target image just like you're used to. If it does this for a little while and you get impatient, you can click the continue button, click it again. You also can just click the auto Target button. It'll put that grid on the screen.

It should calibrate. If it doesn't, if it counts down too much, you can hit the escape button, click continue, give it a second, click the Trackman logo again. There we go. Now we have the screen. Uh, one thing just to let you know, this little blue line is supposed to be at the bottom here.

So we're just going to reset it. If it's not at the bottom, the setting is 10 to 12 feet. Then we click the auto Target. Now it should calibrate for us successfully, and now we're good to go. So that's how to reboot the Trackman
